Welcome to the Hotels Licensing Board (HLB) website.

In line with the Public Service 21 spirit, HLB launched this website to provide information on the procedure for the application of a hotel licence, exemptions, registered hotels and the legislation that govern hotel licensing in Singapore. This website allows any interested parties to download the hotel application forms anytime of the day. You may also access various government agencies' websites. We want to work towards a one-stop information service on the requisite clearances from the relevant government authorities, copies of which are to be submitted to HLB in relation to the hotel licence application.

Our aim is to forge a closer relationship between the Board and you, by providing another medium of communication. We hope to enhance communication links which are vital in today's competitive and ever-changing economy.
